Job summary

Bob’s Discount Furniture seeks a Director of DC Operations to lead the DCs, delivery, and transportation functions on-site in Solon, OH. The role focuses on driving customer-first culture, operational excellence, and profitability while guiding leadership to scale the organization.

You will partner with Home Office and field teams to align strategic goals, monitor KPIs, and foster continuous improvement through Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years in supply chain, logistics, or operations leadership with demonstrated success in achieving financial and operational goals.
• 5+ years’ experience managing and developing teams.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, WMS (Red Prairie and SAP a plus), customer service experience, bilingual (Spanish) preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee the DC, Delivery and Transportation operations to drive efficiency and customer-centric results.
• Develop and guide the leadership team to achieve company goals and continuous improvement.
• Drive cost management, budget adherence, and profitability.
• Build strong cross-functional relationships and foster a customer-first culture with accountability.
