Job summary

Bob’s Discount Furniture is seeking a DC Area Manager to oversee daily operations of a warehouse area, driving efficiency, safety, and engagement. You will partner with Operations and HR leadership to meet production goals, coach associates, and support business needs in a fast-paced distribution environment.

The role requires at least 3 years in warehouse operations with supervisory experience, plus familiarity with SAP or similar WMS. Excellent communication and team leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of warehouse experience, including at least 2 years in a lead/supervisory role.
• Experience with SAP or other warehouse management systems.
• Ability to stand and walk up to 80% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of an assigned warehouse area, ensuring efficiency and safety.
• Partner with Operations and HR leadership to drive results and coach associates.
• Support business needs in a fast-paced distribution environment.
