HD Supply in Groveport, Ohio seeks a senior Operations leader to direct all distribution center activities for a facility generating about $150M in revenue. You will oversee redistribution of inventory, drive operational excellence, and partner with logistics and supply chain management to meet budgets.

Responsibilities include staffing, safety compliance, P&L budgeting, and developing talent. The role requires BS/BA and 7+ years’ related experience; advanced degree optional.

Qualifications

• Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline.
• Generally 7+ years of experience in a related field.
• Advanced degree may offset less experience in some disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Provides effective leadership to ensure efficient distribution operations and policy adherence.
• Selects, develops, and manages performance of direct and indirect reports.
• Forecasts staffing to meet service, financial and operational requirements.
• Oversees carrier services and DOT compliance in delivery processes.
• Develops annual operating budgets and manages P&L; determines ROI.
• Controls costs through process improvements and efficient space use; protects inventory.
