Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 7+ years of experience working in a distribution center.
• 3+ years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide input to DC Manager for operating plans for warehouse and transportation operations.
• Identify departmental resources and participate in budgeting and cost justification.
• Propose and implement department process improvements.
• Conduct routine analysis on asset utilization and report results to DC Manager.
• Lead safety, Hazmat compliance, and security of staff, facility, and inventory.
• Manage performance of Assistant Manager and hourly staff; provide coaching and corrective action.
