Job summary

HD Supply seeks a Distribution Center (DC) Manager to lead the DC's operations in alignment with company goals. You will provide input on operations processes, planning, financial management, reporting, and inventory control. The role drives safety, compliance, and efficiency across the facility.

Required are 7+ years in a distribution center with 3+ years in management and a BS/BA in a related field. Some travel and leadership of associates are expected.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in a related discipline.
• 7+ years in a distribution center, including 3+ years in management.
• Certification may be required; advanced degree may offset less experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides input to DC Manager for operating plans to support goals.
• Identifies financial resources and assists with department budgets.
• Provides process improvement recommendations and implements action plans within the department.
• Leads associates to ensure safety and HazMat compliance and accountability for safety, security, inventory, and equipment.
• Manages performance of Assistant Manager and/or hourly associates and provides coaching and corrective action when warranted.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
