Qualifications

• BS/BA in a related discipline; advanced degree optional.
• Typically 7+ years of distribution or logistics leadership experience.
• Experience with P&L management and operating budgets.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety/HazMat rules.

Responsibilities

• Direct all operations activities in a distribution center environment.
• Ensure safety compliance and policy adherence.
• Staffing, performance reviews, and professional development of direct reports.
• Optimize space utilization and inventory accuracy.
