Job summary

Great Logics inc in Hartford, Connecticut is seeking an experienced professional with expertise in Dayforce HCM. The ideal candidate must have at least 10 years of experience in the industry or consulting and be proficient in Payroll, Benefits, and Compensation Management.

You will be responsible for developing automatic workflows for new hires and assisting project teams in architecture design efforts. Additionally, provide management oversight and mentoring to solution architects. This role is integral to driving the IT project portfolio.

Qualifications

• At least 2+ full life cycle Dayforce HCM implementations.
• 10+ years of industry and/or consulting experience.
• Must have Payroll, Benefits, Compensation Management experience.

Job description

Functional experience with at least 2+ full life cycle Dayforce HCM implementations and 10+ years of industry and/or consulting experience.

At least 2+ years of Dayforce HCM experience implementing BPC.

Must have Payroll, Benefits, Compensation Management.

Must develop automatic work flow for new hires etc.

Develops and drives short & long term architecture strategy for the overall IT project portfolio.

Assists project teams in estimating the architecture design effort and in developing/ reviewing/ approving architecture designs.

May provide management oversight to solution architects, including supervision of daily activities, career development and mentoring.
