WelbeHealth, LLC. seeks a dedicated Personal Care Assistant to support participants at our day center, providing hands-on ADL help and vital signs monitoring. You will be part of an interdisciplinary team, ensuring safety and comfort for seniors in a vibrant day-center setting.

You will collaborate with departments, assist with meals, and help coordinate care planning. Required: HS diploma, CA CNA/HHA preferred, 1 year of senior care experience, and driving ability; CPR/First Aid training within

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• HHA or CNA certification in CA preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience providing personal care to seniors.
• Ability to drive to assignment locations within the program service area.
• CA Food Handler Certification within 30 days of hire; CPR and First Aid certification within 180 days preferred.

Aufgaben

• Provide hands-on personal care assistance with ADLs to WelbeHealth participants.
• Measure and document participants’ vital signs as instructed.
• Act as a medical escort when needed for transportation.
• Oversee activity on the day center floor to assure participant safety.
• Assist with meal service and feeding when needed.
• Maintain personal care supplies and grooming items.
