Job summary

WelbeHealth in Pasadena, CA is seeking a motivated Personal Care Assistant (CNA/HHA) to support participants in a day-center setting. You will perform ADLs, assist with meals, accompany participants to appointments, and help maintain a safe, engaging environment.

Responsibilities include documenting vitals, assisting with mobility, and providing compassionate care as part of an interdisciplinary team. Requires high school diploma and relevant certifications; driving ability is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Certification of HHA or CNA in California preferred.
• CA Food Handlers Certification within 30 days of hire.
• CPR and First Aid certification within 180 days of hire preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on personal care with ADLs such as escorting, toileting, bathing, dressing, grooming, laundry, and safe lifting.
• Measure and document participants' vitals as instructed.
• Assist with transportation and participant escort to appointments.
• Support meals and feeding as needed; maintain supplies.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
