Job summary

Responsibilities

• Interact with client hospital IT staff via phone and email to troubleshoot and resolve complex product problems focusing on backend and database.
• Connect to client environments to diagnose performance, stability, installation and functionality questions.
• Communicate progress and resolutions to clients and document all work in case records.
• Assist field technicians in troubleshooting problems or repairing product.
• Conduct performance monitoring using database management tools to resolve performance issues.
• Report defects and design issues to development teams.
• Stay up-to-date with product changes and new offerings.
• Document problems and solutions as knowledge base articles and review others’ articles.
• Work on the most complex database issues directly with client DBAs, development and external consultants.
