Job summary

Altera Digital Health – MS on site at Springhill Medical Center in Mobile, AL seeks a Support Consultant to provide Level 1 and 2 technical support within a global Managed Services environment. You will troubleshoot, analyze data, and ensure stable system performance across multiple applications.

You will work on SQL data validation, basic reporting, and configuration tasks while collaborating with cross-functional teams and maintaining a strong customer focus.

Qualifications

• Foundational SQL knowledge for data validation and troubleshooting.
• Exposure to data analytics and report writing.
• Basic understanding of HL7, APIs, and data exchange concepts.
• Familiarity with integration engines such as Cloverleaf and Mirth.
• Ability to analyze problems and communicate solutions clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 & Level 2 support for client inquiries across global customers.
• Handle live calls, triage cases, and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Document issues and resolutions; follow SOPs and workflows.
• Diagnose root causes and escalate when needed.
• Participate in system updates and configuration changes.
