Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Healthcare Management, Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a STEM related field, or equivalent combination.
• 5+ years of Tableau development experience
• 3+ years leading data visualization projects
• 3+ years working with healthcare data
• 2+ years directly managing a data visualization team
• 2+ years with design tools like Figma
• Solid expertise in Tableau architecture, administration, governance, performance tuning
• Proficiency in SQL and large datasets
• Experience with SAP Business Objects and Tableau Prep preferred

• Lead the architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise data visualization, reporting, and analytics solutions.
• Govern the full lifecycle of visualization solutions including design, testing, deployment, and security compliance.
• Define and promote data visualization standards, governance, and best practices for consistency and usability.
• Design user-centric dashboard experiences aligned with personas and executive needs.
• Perform data analysis, profiling, validation, mapping, and quality assessments for trustworthy data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize data structures and enable self-service analytics.
• Evaluate emerging visualization technologies and develop proofs-of-concept.
• Lead, mentor, and develop team members and manage priorities.
