This position is based in our Lenexa, KS office. We leverage a hybrid working model working three days in the office, two days optional remote work.
What You’ll Do
The Data Visualization Manager will lead the data visualization team with respect to architecture, design, development, and support of enterprise data visualization and analytics solutions, including requirements gathering, dashboard design, data storytelling, testing, deployment, and ongoing optimization. This role oversees work prioritization and provides technical leadership, mentoring, and coaching to data visualization developers to ensure the delivery of high-quality, impactful solutions. The manager serves as a trusted advisor and collaborator to cross-functional teams by providing consultation on visualization best practices and governance to transform complex data into intuitive, engaging, and actionable visual experiences that support informed decision-making and drive improved outcomes for children's health.

This pay range shown is a guideline. Min: $82,000 Max: $165,000 Compensation is based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
