BJC HealthCare in the Greater St. Louis area seeks a Manager for the Data Visualization team to drive AI-powered analytics across the enterprise. You will lead a team of visualization engineers and collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver scalable dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, and other platforms.

The role focuses on advancing self-service analytics, governance, and data-driven decision making, with a strong emphasis on AI-enabled capabilities and enterprise-wide impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 2–5 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience leading data visualization projects and analytics governance.
• Proven ability to drive self-service analytics and dashboards enterprise-wide.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of data visualization engineers and ensure delivery against standards.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into visualization use cases.
• Oversee dashboards and analytics models using Tableau, Power BI, and other tools.
• Ensure data quality, performance, usability, and accessibility across products.
• Advance modern data stack adoption and self-service analytics capabilities.
