Job summary

AHEAD in the United States seeks a Senior Technical Consultant to lead the design and hands-on delivery of complex data, analytics, AI, cloud, and modern data platform solutions for client enterprises.

You will own large workstreams, mentor engineers, and ensure production‑ready, secure, and scalable outcomes while translating business needs into technical action. This role strengthens the Data Practice through reusable patterns and client collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field and 8–12+ years delivering enterprise data, analytics, AI, cloud, or digital transformation solutions.
• Strong hands-on experience in data engineering, architecture, data modeling, SQL, Python, ETL/ELT, orchestration, APIs, and data warehousing/lakehouse patterns.
• Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric and cloud environments (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud).

Responsibilities

• Own and lead complex technical workstreams from discovery through build, test, deployment, and stabilization.
• Lead technical sessions, design discussions, demonstrations, and client workshops.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical solutions.
• Design, build, operationalize, secure, monitor, and optimize modern data solutions and data products.
• Develop robust automated pipelines for structured and unstructured data.
• Apply engineering discipline with Git, CI/CD, automated testing, monitoring, and production readiness.
• Provide day-to-day technical direction to Technical Consultants and review quality of work.
