Qualifications

- Ability to design AI-ready schemas and taxonomies.

We are seeking a full-time Senior Data Consultant to join a small, fast-moving team in New York. This is a role where depth in data is what sets you apart — whether you’ve grown up as a technical data analyst, a data engineer, or a data architect.
In this role you’ll move across the full data spectrum: shaping data pipelines and models, designing schemas and taxonomies for client engagements, and turning ambiguous business questions into sound data architecture. Just as importantly, you’ll work as a consultant — managing clients and stakeholders and communicating clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences. As client demand pushes us to bring more of our data delivery in-house, you’ll help shape and grow a team of data engineers and consultants, and play a central role in how we deliver data work end to end.

The salary range for this position is $132,000 to $144,000 per year and total compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package described below.
We expect total annualized compensation for New York City-based employees to be approximately the following:
- Base salary between $132,000 - $144,000 p.a.. Placement within this range will vary based on experience and skill level
- Annual discretionary performance bonus between 0-20%
- 25 days of PTO p.a.
- 10 company paid holidays p.a.
- 5 days of professional development p.a.
- Option for employees to make personal contributions to a 401(k) plan, as well as 401(k) matching offered by Campana & Schott
