Job summary

Campana & Schott U.S. is seeking a Senior Consultant in New York to lead end-to-end client projects within Life Science transformations. You will identify business needs, design processes, and drive execution with international teams and senior leaders.

The role emphasizes change management, data engineering, and sustainability, with daily use of AI tools. Fluency in English is mandatory and travel is expected.

Qualifications

• MBA/MSc or related from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in management or technology consulting and life sciences.
• Strong interest in business transformations, project management, agile organizations, and international collaboration.
• Experience leading project teams and client interactions.
• Knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Experience in healthcare industry, commercial, access, medical, or R&D is advantageous.
• Experience with Data Engineering, Digital Marketing, or Sustainability preferred.
• Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Work on client projects end to end from planning to implementation.
• Identify business needs, design processes, guidelines, and documentation.
• Provide execution roadmaps, plans, timelines, and status updates.
• Drive organizational change and stakeholder engagement.
• Lead project teams to deliver results and drive client outcomes.
• Find creative solutions for unique challenges.
• Collaborate with AI tools daily (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, Gemini).
• Work in international teams and engage with senior leaders.
• Contribute to internal initiatives shaping Campana & Schott U.S. growth.
