Publicis Sapient is seeking a Senior Consultant specializing in Data Strategy to help clients define and implement data-driven strategies aligned with business objectives. You will assess data landscapes, develop roadmaps, and drive execution of data initiatives enabling digital transformation and growth.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, define governance frameworks, and guide adoption of data-driven cultures to maximize business value.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in data strategy, data governance, or enterprise data management.
• Strong understanding of data architecture, data modeling, and data integration techniques.
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern data technologies.
• Knowledge of data governance frameworks, compliance regulations (GDPR, CCPA), and security best practices.
• Ability to translate business needs into data requirements and technical solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in complex, fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and challenges, and define data strategies that support those objectives.
• Assess the current state of data architecture, governance, and analytics capabilities to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Develop data roadmaps and transformation plans that align with business priorities and regulatory requirements.
• Define data governance frameworks, policies, and best practices to ensure data quality, security, and compliance.
• Work with cross-functional teams to implement data platforms, cloud-based solutions, and analytics tools.
• Provide thought leadership on emerging data trends, technologies, and industry best practices.
• Support change management efforts by helping organizations adopt a data-driven culture and mindset.
• Measure and track the impact of data initiatives, ensuring they deliver measurable business value.
