Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) in Austin, TX is seeking an experienced Senior Data Specialist II to support the EDRM workflow for a large federal initiative. You will manipulate, load, and export data, ensure ESIs meet specifications, and assist attorneys and investigators with document review tasks.

The role requires strong eDiscovery knowledge, familiarity with Relativity and other review platforms, and the ability to coordinate with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree preferred—preferably in computer science or related field.
• Knowledge of litigation discovery process and EDRM workflow.
• Experience with document processing platforms (Relativity, LAW, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Manages file manipulation, loading, conversion, indexing and QA of loads.
• Exports data from contractor/client databases with redactions and ESI compliance checks.
• Supports attorneys, investigators, and paralegals in reviewing and producing documents.
• Coordinates with Litigation Support Manager and client on ESIs specifications and deficiencies.
• Works with client technology center on outsourced litigation support projects.
