Job summary

enGen is seeking a seasoned Data Analyst/PMO professional to drive data and reporting solutions across complex projects. You will collaborate with data engineers, architects, and capability managers to translate business needs into detailed technical requirements and deliver high-quality analytical deliverables.

The role involves cross-functional coordination, risk mitigation, and ensuring regulatory and standards compliance.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Information Systems and Technology.
Lean/Six Sigma: 3+ years (preferred).
3+ years of Health Insurance or Healthcare Industry experience (preferred).
Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field; substitution allowed by company policy.

Responsibilities

Take a lead role with customers, Data Software Engineers, Data Architects, Capability Managers, and other team members to capture capability needs and drive quality data and reporting business solutions on complex issues.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to identify and address data-related challenges across project phases.
Provide SME support for project and production activities on complex issues, including strategic programs.
Ensure compliance with required standards and approvals throughout the project lifecycle.
Interface with business areas, customers, partners, vendors, and teams to drive value and innovative solutions.
