Job summary

Robinhood in Chicago, IL is seeking an exceptional Futures Risk Program Manager to shape vision and execution across strategic initiatives in fintech. You will partner with cross-functional leaders, guide complex projects from concept to completion, and mentor others on the team.

This role requires bold thinking to manage high-stakes regulatory events, AI-driven content, and new financial instruments, with in-person work at least 3 days per week in our Chicago office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Design, Communications, HCI, Journalism, or related field.
• 3 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
• Education/experience must include strategic content architecture, high-precision linguistic frameworks, and AI governance.

Responsibilities

• Architect and govern content strategies and taxonomies for high-frequency digital finance products.
• Define logic and communication architecture for high-risk regulatory events and real-time risk mitigation.
• Establish governance for AI-native trading assistants and LLM-generated market insights with strict disclosure standards.
• Interpret SEC/FINRA mandates to steer product direction and mitigate legal risk.
• Lead end-to-end evolution for new financial instruments and asset classes from concept to launch.
• Mentor junior designers and develop content-governance tooling.
• Define unified content logic for real-time market data visualizations across iOS, Android, and Web.
• Use telemetry and qualitative research to optimize the algorithmic content ecosystem.
• Specify internal CMS and localization workflows for rapid regulatory alerts and multi-region launches.

Education
