Robinhood is seeking an exceptional Futures Risk Program Manager to shape vision and execution across strategic initiatives in a fast-paced fintech environment. You will partner with cross-functional leaders, guide complex projects from concept to completion, and mentor others on the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design/Communications/HCI/Journalism or related field with 3 years of experience.
• Strategic content architecture and systemic governance experience.
• Ability to translate SEC/FINRA mandates into product implications.
• Experience governing AI-integrated systems and prompt engineering.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead complex launches.

Responsibilities

• Architect and govern content strategies and taxonomies for high-frequency financial products.
• Define logic for regulatory events and risk-mitigation workflows.
• Lead governance for AI-native trading assistants and market insights.
• Interpret SEC/FINRA mandates to steer product direction and communications.
• Design end-to-end evolution for new financial instruments from concept to launch.
• Mentor junior designers in market mechanics and AI workflows.
• Define content accuracy standards for real-time market data across platforms.
• Use telemetry and qualitative research to optimize the content ecosystem.
• Define requirements for internal CMS and localization for multi-region launches.
