Job summary

Liberty Mutual Insurance seeks a Senior/Principal Data Solutions Analyst to join the Corporate Finance Data Strategy and Governance Team. You will steward financial data and partner with business, IT, and finance to shape the Finance Data Platform.

Responsibilities include prototyping data solutions, applying metadata and data lineage concepts, and mentoring junior staff while prioritizing work. Strong Python and Snowflake experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, CE, or related field.
• Master’s degree strongly preferred.
• Senior: 3–5 years coding for data management/warehousing.
• Principal: 5–7 years coding for data management/warehousing.

Responsibilities

• Prototype and develop data solutions to meet business needs.
• Apply metadata, lineage, and data security concepts to projects.
• Mentor junior associates and guide technical teams.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration between business and tech teams.
