ReSource Pro is seeking a Senior Expert Engineer, Data Services to design, build, and deliver modern data and analytics solutions in the Technology Services Data Services Practice. You will develop scalable pipelines, curated datasets, semantic models, and dashboards that deliver trusted insights and AI-ready data environments.

Remote-friendly role based in the United States; candidates must reside in the U.S. for eligibility.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Deep P&C insurance experience with carrier data models is preferred.
• 10+ years in data engineering, data platform development, or analytics engineering.
• Hands-on experience building scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes.
• Experience with cloud-native data platforms, Azure preferred, AWS acceptable.
• Proven work on curated datasets, data models, and semantic layers.
• Experience enabling dashboards and data products for analytics use cases.
• Ability to ensure data quality, reliability, and performance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; translate requirements into solutions.
• Excellent cross-functional communication; travel up to 30% domestic.

Responsabilidades

• Design and build scalable data migration, pipeline, and integration workflows for analytics and operational use cases.
• Develop and maintain curated datasets, semantic models, and reusable data assets for reporting and analytics.
• Evolve the data platform including lakehouse environments and ingestion frameworks; set best practices.
• Lead delivery of dashboards, data products, and self-service analytics with trusted insights.
• Partner with product, platform, and domain experts applying insurance context to data solutions.
• Foster collaboration across data engineering, analytics, and platform teams.
