Job summary

ReSource Pro is seeking a Senior Expert Engineer, Data Services to design, build, and deliver modern data and analytics solutions within our Technology Services Data Services Practice. You will create scalable data pipelines, curated datasets, semantic models, and dashboards that deliver trusted insights and AI‑ready data environments for clients.

In this role you will partner with product, platform, and domain experts, ensuring data quality and performance across pipelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• 10+ years of hands‑on data engineering and analytics experience.
• Hands‑on experience building scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT.
• Experience with cloud‑native data platforms (Azure preferred; AWS acceptable).
• Strong communication across technical and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable data migration, pipeline, and integration workflows for analytics.
• Develop curated datasets, semantic models, and reusable data assets for reporting.
• Evolve our data platform, including lakehouse environments and ingestion frameworks.
• Lead dashboards, data products, and self‑service analytics for business users.
• Collaborate with product, platform, and domain experts to deliver end‑to‑end data solutions.
• Foster collaboration across data engineering, analytics, and platform teams.
