ReSource Pro is seeking a Senior Expert Engineer, Data Services to design, build, and deliver modern data and analytics solutions. You will develop scalable data pipelines, curated datasets, semantic models, and dashboards enabling trusted insights and AI-ready data environments for insurance clients.

You will lead data platform evolution, drive best practices, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end data solutions that impact client outcomes and modernization efforts.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• 10+ years of hands-on data engineering, data platform development, or analytics engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience building scalable data pipelines, data integration workflows, and ETL/ELT processes.
• Experience with cloud-native data platforms, including medallion and lakehouse architectures; Azure preferred (Microsoft Fabric a plus), AWS acceptable.
• Proven experience developing curated datasets, data models, and semantic layers for analytics and reporting.
• Experience enabling dashboards, reporting, and data products for analytics use cases.
• Demonstrated ability to ensure data quality, reliability, and performance across pipelines and datasets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to translate business requirements into scalable data solutions.
• Effective communicator who collaborates across technical and non-technical stakeholders, including data, analytics, product, and business teams.
• Preferred certifications: PMP/SAFe, CPCU/AINS, CDMP.

Responsabilidades

• Design and build scalable data migration, pipeline, and integration workflows for analytics and operational use cases.
• Develop and maintain curated datasets, semantic models, and reusable data assets that power reporting and analytics.
• Evolve our modern data platform, including lakehouse environments and ingestion frameworks, and set best practices for performance and reliability.
• Lead delivery of dashboards, data products, and self-service analytics that give business users trusted, actionable insights.
• Partner with product, platform, and domain experts, applying insurance industry context to deliver end-to-end data solutions.
• Foster collaboration across data engineering, analytics, and platform teams through open, solution-oriented communication.
