NeoReach in the United States is seeking a Senior Data & AI Engineer for a hands-on, part-time contract to strengthen data infrastructure and AI-powered workflows. You will own work from discovery through deployment and collaborate with product leadership and engineering to deliver measurable impact. The initial three-month engagement focuses on a defined data integration and an AI-enabled workflow, with milestones set at kickoff.

Remote work within the U.S. is supported.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in data or backend engineering.
• Proven experience deploying AI applications used by teams or customers.
• Strong Python and SQL skills.
• Experience with APIs, data pipelines, relational databases, and cloud infrastructure.
• Understanding of retrieval-augmented generation, tool calling, and evaluation.
• Experience with testing, version control, monitoring, and secure credential management.

Responsabilidades

• Build data integrations connecting APIs, databases, and business apps.
• Improve data quality by standardizing records and resolving duplicates.
• Develop AI-powered tools and workflows to automate recurring tasks.
