Job summary

Solventum is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to empower Commercial Operations Analytics. You will design scalable data models, build ETL/ELT processes, and create data-quality frameworks to support order-to-cash, dashboards, and AI-enabled decision support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with 8+ years in data engineering or analytics roles.
• Two paths: bachelor’s + 8+ years or high school + 12+ years in data roles.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable analytical data models and semantic layers for productivity metrics.
• Build and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines and data transformations.
• Create data-quality, regression-testing frameworks and data lineage docs.
• Own end-to-end delivery from requirements to production deployment and monitoring.
• Leverage AI-assisted tools with governance and validation controls.
