MAXIMUS is seeking a senior data analytics professional to interpret results, build predictive models, and guide data-driven decisions across initiatives. You will lead analytical projects, expand data collection, and refine deployment of ML techniques, while collaborating with business stakeholders and peer analysts to drive actionable insights and measurable impact.

Eligible candidates have 7+ years in data analysis, advanced statistics, and strong SQL/visualization skills, with leadership

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; 7+ years in data analysis/science.
• Advanced machine learning knowledge and algorithms (k-NN, Naive Bayes, SVM, decision trees).
• Experience with data visualization tools and analytics toolkits.
• Strong SQL and relational database expertise; capable with large data sets.

Mansioni

• Interpret results using data aggregation, statistics, mining, and pattern recognition.
• Develop classifiers and refine with cutting-edge ML techniques.
• Act as SME in data analytics for stakeholders.
• Identify suitable decision-tech techniques (optimization, simulation, regression, trees, neural nets).
