Qualifications

5+ years in data science, analytics, ML, AI, or applied statistics
Expert knowledge of statistics
Strong Python skills
Advanced SQL knowledge
Experience in healthcare, insurance, or regulated industries
Experience with Power BI or similar BI platforms
Experience with cloud-based analytics environments
Familiarity with ML deployment workflows
Familiarity with generative AI evaluation methodologies and LLM-based systems
Experience with Claude Code for feature-oriented development

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and evaluate production-grade statistical and machine learning models.
Develop predictive solutions for healthcare operations, member experience, provider engagement, and business performance.
Perform feature engineering and model validation.
Establish best practices for experimentation and model evaluation.
Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends and insights.
Present findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
Help stakeholders make data-driven decisions.
Design experiments to evaluate AI systems and interventions.
Define KPI metrics and measurement strategies for AI initiatives.
Drive dashboards and reporting standardization.
