Job summary

Spring Health is hiring a Senior Data Analyst within its Business Intelligence organization to partner with the Medical Affairs team. You will define KPIs, track outcomes, and conduct analyses that drive strategic decisions.

This remote role reports to the Associate Director, Analytics and requires translating complex data into clinician-friendly insights. You will work with data scientists and analytics engineers to ensure data integrity, build scalable dbt models, and enable cross-functional

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience working with data, data visualization, and dashboarding tools.
• Strong SQL expertise and ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with dbt or similar data transformation tools.
• Experience with Omni, Hex or similar visualization tools and building data models.

Responsibilities

• Define, refine, and evolve KPIs for Medical Affairs as programs scale.
• Build and maintain dashboards and visualizations in BI tools to monitor clinical outcomes and provider quality.
• Conduct exploratory analyses to answer business and clinical questions.
• Ensure data integrity by contributing to dbt models and scalable data structures.
• Collaborate with data, product, and engineering teams to support reporting needs.
