Job summary

DocuSign, Inc. is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to support data‑driven product development and decision making within the Product Data Science team.

You will work with Product, Engineering and UX to uncover insights, define metrics, design experiments, and develop models to drive customer experience and adoption of DocuSign products. This individual contributor role reports to the Director, Product Data Science and is based in a hybrid setting with required in‑office access.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in quantitative field (Statistics, Math, CS, Economics or Finance) or equivalent work experience.
• 8+ years of experience with business analytics or product analytics in a SaaS/Cloud industry.
• Experience pulling data from external sources and distilling large data sets into insights.
• Experience with SQL for data analysis and validation.
• Experience with Tableau, Power BI or similar for dashboards.
• Experience with statistics and rigorous analytical techniques.
• Experience communicating data to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating with Product Engineering and other teams to implement telemetry.
• Experience with agile/scrum product development.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to research and improve data analysis for product enhancements and user experience.
• Serve as subject matter expert for product data strategy in supported areas.
• Partner with product managers, researchers, and engineers to identify impactful data opportunities.
• Define product telemetry, KPIs, and regular reports to create actionable insights.
• Automate data pipelines to Snowflake from multiple sources.
• Build dashboards linking internal and external data for self-serve insights.
• Support A/B and multivariate testing and ML model deployment.
• Present analytical findings to senior management and stakeholders.
