Lennar is seeking a Senior Data Scientist for its People Analytics team to forecast attrition, headcount needs, and related trends. You’ll build predictive models in Python/SQL and develop AI agents delivering insights to HR leaders, with autonomy in modeling approaches and validation.

You’ll work closely with HR COEs, leverage Workday/Visier data, and explain results to senior leadership, ensuring responsible use of sensitive workforce data.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Statistics, Economics, Math, CS, or related field with equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of relevant experience as a data scientist producing models and engineering solutions in a production environment.
• Strong foundation in predictive modeling, including regression, time series forecasting, and classification.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with HR leaders to forecast needs and build trusted models and agents.
• Build and deploy predictive models in Python and SQL; monitor and retrain as data evolves.
• Develop AI agents to query, reason over, and act on People data with safety guardrails.
