Job summary

Lennar is seeking a Senior Manager, Data & Analytics to lead one or more teams of analysts, engineers, data scientists, and developers. This hands-on leader will guide architecture decisions, set strategic data priorities, and drive data-driven decision making across the business.

You will mentor junior managers and collaborate with senior leadership to scale best practices in data management, governance, and analytics delivery in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field and at least 5+ years in data analytics/data science.
• 2+ years in a leadership/managerial role overseeing data teams and projects.
• Proficiency with Python, SQL, and data management platforms.
• Experience translating business needs into data strategies and governance policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead one or more teams of data professionals to deliver high-impact analytics.
• Oversee data projects to meet scope, timeline, and business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate needs into analytics initiatives.
