Lennar seeks a Senior Data Scientist on the People Analytics team to forecast attrition, hiring, and workforce trends. You will build predictive models in Python and SQL and develop AI agents that deliver insights to HR leaders.

You will work with Workday data and large HR datasets, applying causal inference and advanced statistics while communicating results to senior leaders. This is a high-impact role at Lennar.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in statistics, economics, math, CS, or related field.
• 5+ years as a data scientist producing models and engineering solutions.
• Strong in regression, time series, and classification with validation approaches.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with HR leaders to forecast what to automate and build trusted models.
• Develop predictive models in Python and SQL and monitor performance over time.
• Build AI agents to query People data and act with guardrails for sensitive data.
• Choose methods, apply experimentation and causal inference for cause questions.
• Use LLMs to surface patterns in unstructured data and incorporate findings.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering on data pipelines and data quality.
