Lennar is seeking a Senior Data Scientist for People Analytics to build models predicting attrition, hiring needs, and related trends. You’ll develop AI agents that deliver insights to HR leaders, integrating with Workday and other systems, shaping modeling standards and validation approaches.

The role offers significant latitude in methods and presentation of results to senior leadership, requiring strong Python/SQL skills and experience with LLMs and large HR datasets.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Statistics, Economics, Math, CS, or related analytical field.
• 5+ years of data science experience in production environments.
• Strong regression, time series forecasting, and classification skills.
• Proven ability to explain model results to non-technical audiences.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, agents, and prompts.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with HR leaders to forecast needs and build trusted models.
• Develop and deploy predictive models in Python and SQL; monitor performance.
• Build AI agents to query and act on People data with safeguards for sensitive data.
• Apply suitable methods, including causal inference, and explain decisions to leadership.
• Leverage unstructured data patterns using LLMs in model improvement.
