Job summary

Lennar is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to join the People Analytics team in Austin. The role builds predictive workforce models, deploys AI agents, and partners with HR leaders to translate data into decisions.

You will work with Workday and Visier, handle sensitive workforce data, and explain results to senior leadership. A strong foundation in statistics, ML, and SQL/Python is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant analytic field.
• 5+ years of data science experience producing models in production.
• Strong background in predictive modeling and statistics.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR leaders to forecast needs and build trusted models.
• Develop and deploy predictive models in Python and SQL with monitoring.
• Build AI agents to query data and act on insights for HR leaders.
• Explain methodology and results to non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering on data pipelines and data quality.
