Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in P&C insurance analytics, pricing, or actuarial-adjacent Data Science roles.
• Proficiency in advanced ML, NLP, DL techniques.
• Hands-on end-to-end ownership from data prep to deployment.

Responsibilities

• Develop ML models for pricing, customer behavior, retention, and risk segmentation in P&C insurance.
• Build and maintain GLM-based pricing models (frequency, severity, pure premium).
• Perform model comparison between traditional actuarial models and ML approaches.
