Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Statistics/Math related double major.
• FCAS certification is required and strongly preferred for pricing leadership.
• Extensive experience building and validating pricing models in insurance.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development, enhancement, and monitoring of personal lines pricing models.
• Own regulatory filings and objections; mentor junior data scientists.
• Develop, deploy, monitor, and maintain predictive models and analytics.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and manage product filing schedules.
