Job summary

Engine, the AI-native travel platform, is seeking a Data Scientist/ML Engineer to build high‑quality data assets and ML services powering lead scoring, churn modeling, pricing, personalization, and fraud detection.

You will collaborate with engineering and business stakeholders, drive end‑to‑end data science initiatives, and communicate findings to both technical and non‑technical audiences. Equity, a hybrid‑hub model, and competitive compensation are offered.

Qualifications

• MS/PhD in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, OR, economics, engineering, or CS.
• 5+ years as Data Scientist/ML Engineer in high-growth environments.
• Strong Python (scikit-learn, numpy, pandas) and SQL skills.
• Experience with Snowflake and Streamlit is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement data science strategies to improve ML models and services.
• Collaborate with engineering and business stakeholders for actionable insights.
• Drive end-to-end data science initiatives from data gathering to deployment and monitoring.
• Enhance data infrastructure and analytics capabilities in collaboration with data teams.
• Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
