Job summary

Trust & Will is hiring a Senior Data Analyst to own the end-to-end analytical engine supporting marketing and revenue decisions. You will build models, define questions, and deliver data-driven recommendations to senior stakeholders, partnering with the Director of Data Engineering and cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

• 5-9+ years of analytics/data science and related quantitative work.
• Experience in a high-growth startup environment with limited resources.
• Experience owning a data domain end-to-end and driving decisions.
• Ability to translate business questions into well-scoped analytical problems.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end analytical engine across marketing and revenue to understand drivers of conversion, retention, and lifetime value.
• Define questions worth asking, build models, and guide roadmaps based on data.
• Partner with senior stakeholders and mentor junior analysts on methodology and communication.
• Manage the Marketing Monitor and recurring dashboards used by leadership for strategic calibration.
