Job summary

Keep Company in the United States is seeking its first dedicated data hire, a hands-on data engineering and analytics role. You will own pipelines, data modeling, instrumentation, and reporting foundations while shaping model development and strategy.

You will partner with Product and Engineering to define signals, build scalable data infrastructure, and evaluate models that improve matching, recommendations, and interventions across the organization.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in data engineering, product analytics, decision science at a tech company.
• Deep SQL fluency and reliable data modeling experience.
• Experience with transformation tooling such as dbt.
• Ability to translate business questions into durable datasets and metrics.
• Strong communication of data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own analytical data foundation: warehouse, transformations, pipelines, data quality.
• Build reusable measurement layers and reporting products.
• Define instrumentation with Product/Engineering and maintain data strategies.
• Develop models and experiments to improve matching and recommendations.
• Partner across teams to ensure data supports decision making and outcomes.
