Job summary

Engine is an AI-native platform for travel management. We are seeking a Staff Product Data Analyst to join the Engine X team, driving analytics for the new corporate card product and its data ecosystem.

You will build dashboards, write complex SQL on Snowflake, support experiments, and partner with product, finance, and leadership to turn data into clear decisions. Join a fast-growing, data-driven culture with equity and hybrid work options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in data analytics.
• Strong SQL skills with complex queries on large datasets; Snowflake experience.
• Experience building dashboards using HEX, Looker, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
• Attention to detail and ownership over the accuracy of your own work.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with AB testing and experiment analysis.
• Curiosity about the product and business context behind the data.
• Experience in fintech, payments, card products, or financial services analytics is a plus.
• Familiarity with dbt or analytics engineering teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and improve Engine X core dashboards (activation, spend, GBV, rewards).
• Report key metrics on cadence for product, finance, leadership.
• Investigate data anomalies; diagnose, document, and communicate findings.
• Write and maintain complex SQL across Snowflake data.
• Build reusable data models and reporting assets for long-term use.
• Support A/B tests by setting up analytics framework and results.
• Partner with senior analysts to scope requests and deliver precise work.
• Collaborate with analytics and data engineering to ensure data quality.
• Develop documentation for metrics and models.
