Nestlé IT & Digital Americas seeks a Data Science Manager to lead advanced analytics across Procurement, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain, guiding a team of five data scientists to deliver ML-powered insights and prescriptive recommendations.

You will own delivery, pilot new analytics approaches, ensure security, and partner with IT & Digital leadership to scale solutions across the enterprise. This role supports Nestlé brands and aims to unlock measurable savings and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, CS, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a similar field.
• 7+ years of experience using programming languages to develop and apply advanced ML methods.
• 2+ years of experience mentoring data scientists in a matrix organization.

Responsabilités

• Lead team to deliver analyses, predictions, and prescriptions using ML/AI and other analytics techniques.
• Maintain and update tools for ongoing analytics execution.
• Be the go-to contact for advanced analytics needs across Procurement, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain.
• Develop data-driven recommendations and test/implement analytics methods to drive growth and savings.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to align analytics with business requirements and enterprise standards.
