Nestlé IT & Digital Americas is seeking a Data Science Manager to lead advanced analytics across Procurement, Manufacturing and Supply Chain. You will guide data science strategy, manage a team of five data scientists, and partner with IT & Digital and business leaders to deliver measurable growth and savings.

You will apply ML/AI techniques, ensure secure, scalable solutions, and drive cross-functional data initiatives that align with enterprise standards and regional/global scaling.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience applying ML methods to business priorities.
• 2+ years mentoring data scientists in a matrix organization.
• Experience with ML Ops and AI/ML platforms is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead analytics development and deployment across Procurement, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain.
• Manage and grow a team of data scientists (5 headcount).
• Drive partnerships with IT & Digital and functional leaders to deliver value.
• Pilot and scale next-gen analytics technologies across Nestlé USA.
