Nestlé IT & Digital is seeking an Expert Data Scientist to support Nestlé USA with end-to-end production AI/ML delivery. The role emphasizes deploying models in enterprise cloud environments and aligning with business priorities.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex needs into technical requirements, build monitoring frameworks, and scale analytics across regions while mentoring teammates and upholding security and responsible AI principles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, engineering, math, statistics or data science.
• 7+ years of professional experience.
• 5+ years building and deploying production AI/ML solutions in enterprise environments using MLOps and cloud data platforms.
• 3+ years developing with Python and PySpark in an MLOps environment.
• 3+ years managing stakeholders and presenting to senior executives.
• 2+ years mentoring junior teammates.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end development and deployment of ML models from experimentation to production.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements and measurable value.
• Build and deploy solutions in enterprise cloud environments with automation and security.
• Create evaluation, monitoring, and validation frameworks for production AI/ML to ensure reliability.
• Scale analytics with global IT & Digital teams and align with platforms and roadmaps.
• Document technical decisions, coach teammates, and apply security and responsible AI principles.
