Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, MIS, CS, life sciences or equivalent.
Master’s degree preferred; professional certification like PMP or Lean Six Sigma is a plus.
Experience leading cross-functional teams in pharma/clinical data environments.

Responsibilities

Aligns DSS study teams with program- and study-level strategies and governance.
Acts as single point of contact and operational lead from DSS for assigned programs.
Engages global cross-functional teams to meet operational objectives.
Uses analytics and project management tools to optimize execution and track study progress.
Lead and mentor team members; drive process improvements in DSS.
