Job summary

LTK is seeking a Senior Manager, Engineering - Data Science to lead a team building foundational AI capabilities. You will define the AI platform roadmap, enable teams to deploy AI services, and ensure measurable quality, reliability, and cost efficiency across production systems.

You will hire and develop talent, coach team members, and manage performance while partnering with engineering and product to deliver impactful AI solutions for search, recommendations, catalog, and other product

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in data science or ML.
• 3+ years of direct people management in DS/ML teams.
• Experience shipping AI systems into production with quality and cost considerations.
• Experience building shared AI capabilities and evals.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team building AI platform capabilities and reusable models.
• Define AI platform roadmap and align with engineering/product data leaders.
• Deliver production-ready AI services with deployment, monitoring, and cost controls.
• Hire, coach, and develop team members and manage performance.
