Job summary

LTK is seeking a Senior Manager, Engineering, Data Engineering to lead a team responsible for building and operating data capabilities powering our products, analytics, governance, and AI use cases.

You will shape technical direction across data architecture, pipelines, and platform reliability while partnering with Product, Analytics, Finance, Security, and Legal to align roadmaps with business priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years in data engineering or backend engineering.
• 3+ years in people leadership with team-building success.
• Experience owning technical roadmaps balancing priorities and scalability.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of data and software engineers, setting clear performance expectations.
• Support hiring, talent development, and succession planning to strengthen the team's capabilities.
• Define and drive the technical direction for data platforms, including architecture, modeling, ingestion, transformation, storage, APIs, and governance.
• Guide scalable, reusable data models and shared capabilities across business domains.
