Job summary

LTK is seeking a Senior Data Science Manager to lead the team building foundational AI capabilities, models, tools, and evaluation frameworks that enable multiple product teams across the platform.

You will shape the AI platform roadmap, publish clear documentation, and partner with engineering and product to deliver reliable, scalable AI services with measurable quality and cost efficiency. A strong people leader will hire, coach, and develop engineers while driving performance and impact.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in data science or machine learning.
• 3+ years of direct people management leadership.
• Experience shipping AI systems in production.
• Strong background in building evals and performance metrics.
• Proven track record delivering shared AI capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Build shared AI capabilities and reusable models, services, and tools.
• Define platform roadmap and align with business value across teams.
• Deliver production-ready AI services with observability and cost controls.
• Own AI evaluations, datasets, and release criteria for quality.
• Hire, coach, and develop the data science team; manage performance.
